March 19th Reflection of last week

On Monday we were given the brief for unit 6. where we had to write out what we needed to include within the project. On Tuesday we were give our 5 words that were to be our theme of the six page magazine, our words were Home, Develop, Insist, Ash and Motorist, we also made mindmaps of each word producing some initial ideas for our magazine. we also did general research on different magazine genres and themes and identifying there target audience. On Friday we started doing specific research for our magazine as well as coming up with our final idea and coming up with a plan for our magazine of what to include within each page. we also started some primary research by putting together a questionnaire about magazines sending out to people to find out our target audience.

My plan for the coming week is:

Monday - specify our final idea so we now what more research we can do that's more specific towards our idea, do some more research for preparation for our magazine by looking at some photographers, nature magazines etc.

Tuesday - finish off research by looking at the results of my questionnaire and analyse the data coming up with a result for who our target audience is.

Wednesday - to take photographs out on location at mote park and sort them into files before i upload them to my OneDrive so i can access them at college.

Thursday -finish off anything that needs to be done such as analysis, plans, research so that section is complete and i can focus on the next stage of editing and testing and producing.

Friday - use the chosen photographs and edit them all so they are ready to be placed into the magazine the following week as well as draft out the articles and pieces of text i want to be included within the magazine.
